Technical Progress in the Period of the All-out Upbuilding of Communism
The 21st Congress of the Communist Party, Soviet Union, signalized the entry of our country into the period of the building of communism. The main problems of this period are - the creation of the material-technological basis of a communist society, further strengthening the economic and defensive might of the USSR and at the same time more fully satisfying the growing material and cultural needs of the people. The achievement of these aims must be assured by quickening the pace of technical progress in all branches of our national economy, and the continued growth in productivity of social labor.
