Techno-Economic Globalization of the Chinese Economy : Financial Management Strategies

According to the People's Republic of China Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, China has a population of more than 1.2 billion people and with abundant manpower availability for employment in labour-scarce countries at minimal wages/salaries. For example 20300,26500 skilled Chinese workers (all citizens of the People's Replic of China) were legally employed in Russia in 1995 and 1996 (and 18300 in the first half of 1997). Thanks to their such attributes as vigour, enterprise, readiness to accept deprivations and hard-work due to the Country's techno-economic specialization. They have begun to undertake large-scale joint venture projects, which will have a significant impact on the national economy by shifting emphasis from services and trade sectors to the establishment of sophisticated-cum-high level technology-oriented manufacturing industries by encouraging joint ventures with foreign companies by easing their participation in techno-economic development of the Chinese economy by following the diction: "Help Chinese to master it... Transfer of technology; Help Chinese to use it... updating management techniques; Help Chinese colleagues to train in marketing skills to expand Chinese shares of overseas market." All of these are aimed at dissermuiating world wide the high techno-economic power of China as a world economic power due to the country's economic specialization.Though it is hard to come by scientifically analysed up to date data on the Chinese economy (from official sources), we have attempted to undertake the study of analysis of the Chinese economy based on the latest available data from authoritative-cum-official sources and the findings would have high relevance towards judicious policy formulation
