Technological Progress and Prices

The conference held at the CPSU Central Committee on the acceleration of scientific-technological progress emphasized the need to improve pricing so that it would promote the successful fulfillment of the Party's economic policy and facilitate the earliest possible introduction of everything new and progressive, to compel managers to improve machinery and technology, to observe the economy program strictly, and to conserve resources.
