Telecommunication giant Telenor champions collaboration
Purpose – This article examines an organizational‐change initiative to improve collaboration, innovation and value creation at a global telecommunication firm. Design/methodology/approach – This briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds his own impartial comments and places the article in context.
