The delimitation of criminal unity from the plurality of crimes. Special view on criminal law in the Republic of Moldova
NGOs represent a potential tool of putting good use of democracy. Civil society through NGOs is a permanent participant in the discussions on the proposed bills especially on the implications and the effects that they have over the population. Democracy is the rule of law when the legislature is subject to dialogue, when the effects of the pros and cons on the text of the law outlines the legal framework for the civil society.
