The European Regime for Investment through Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities in Spain

This paper is a small summary of a much broader project that analyzes the collective investment institutions in Spain through the European regulations, which must necessarily be adapted and that goes up to the last reform operated for the flexibility of this type of investments and its approach to the general public and its operation in public funds, such as the financing instruments deployed by the Instituto de Crédito Oficial: Fond-ICO Pyme, Fond-ICO Next Tech, Fond-ICO Global and Fond-ICO Infrastructures ESG
