THE EXPERT’S OPINION
Mr. Jack Pendray is Executive in Residence and Visiting Professor of Management at George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. From 1993-96, Jack was President of the International Group of Cincinnati Bell Information Systems Inc., Cincinnati OH, where he was responsible for all non-North American activities. His prior positions include President of SESA-Honeywell Communications Inc., CEO of GSI-USA, Vice President of Bunker Ramo, and founding partner of Vanguard Atlantic Ltd.. Mr. Pendray was an officer in the USAF from 1962-68, has his MS in Computer Science from Stanford and BS in Engineering from The University of Florida.
