The Governance and the Social Performance : Application to the Tunisian Financial Institutions

This study covets to inculcate the specificities of the governance of the Tunisian financial institutions and the impact of the internal mechanisms of governance of these institutions on their social performance.The empirical presentations conducted in this article unveil similarly important outcomes. In effect, the variables measuring the council of administration, trust, the culture, the Audit Committee and the remuneration system reveal divergent effects on the performance of financial institutions subject to our sample
