THE HUMAN GENOME PROJECT IN POINT OF ETHICAL
In this research, it is evaluated through concrete examples the results of HUGO and potential ethical problems that it may cause. It is explained deeply that when it is realize that carried potential risks of HUGO, how will be effected people’s social rights, freedoms and where will start and finish their freedom because of HUGO’s results. The research discusses the problem of regarding people as instruments and argues that genetic interventions have the potential to interfere with people's private lives, rights and freedoms.
