The Influence of Utaut on ERP Systems in Start-Up Business

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on Intention Behavior at start up business. The research method is quantitative with the type of case study research. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors found that of all UTAUT variables studied, only Social Influence was not significant and other variables such as Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions and Significant Use Behavior.
