The Key Role of Organizational Culture During the ICT Implementation : A Conceptual Approach

During the last years the stable environment of Spanish universities have been changing faster because the development of new information and communications technology (ICT). The distinctive features of the teaching-learning processes requires from practitioners special attention when they are implementing ICT. We suggest that organizational culture plays a key role in order to achieve a useful implementation of new technologies.
