The Legal Support of Sports and Sports Activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan
The analysis of the legal base regulating sports and physical activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a branch of public relations is carried out. The analysis was subjected to the regulatory and legal framework in force at the time of the study (August, 2018), regulating the provision of sports and physical activity. At the moment, it is possible to distinguish nine legal acts regulating the provision of sports and physical activity. In the Republic of Kazakhstan to date, a fairly effective legal framework has been created that allows the system of physical culture and sports to function. Nevertheless, in sport, as in other branches of public relations, it is necessary to constantly improve and increase the level of legal theory and practice that determine the quality of normative legal acts and, in general, the level of work with legal documents in the public and commercial sector
