The Need for Revamping Indian Judiciary’s Approach Towards Multinational Corporations in the Light of Globalisation

Globalisation has reorganised the social and economic aspects of the present society through the integration of national economies due to technological innovation, freer trade and legal harmonisation. The process of economic globalisation has expanded the corporate power to almost every part of the world resulting in the new economic order and has opened up most of the world economies for access to resources or customers and for starting production centres. This has caused the emergence of several issues which the traditional legal system in the developing world finds difficult to tackle.
