The Plan and Cost Accounting
The cognition and active use of economic laws are objective necessities of the planned socialist system of economy. The economic laws of socialism are effectuated by being made use of by society in a law-governed way through the planned guidance of the entire national economy. Under these conditions, the question of the extent to which our plans correctly reflect the objective economic laws is of decisive significance.
