The Public Services Provided by Brazilian Government Over the Internet
This paper focus on public services delivery process over the Internet, checking how efficient are government that use the Internet to provide information and services to citizens. To achieve this purpose, a web site evaluation of several local, state and federal governments was done. It might be concluded that the use of the Internet as a public services delivery system is in real evolution in Brazil and other countries that were evaluated by this research. It also warns to the amount of work still needed to be done by Brazilian governments in order to provide quality public services over the Internet
