The Quality of Cooperative Performance Citizens Association Kediri City Benefit Aspects to Members

The research, entitled Performance Quality of the citizens association of Kediri Cooperative in terms of the Benefits for Members, aims to analyze the quality of the performance of the cooperative citizens association of Kediri in terms of the benefits of the Cooperative for its members. The problem in this study is how the quality of the performance of the Cooperative of citizens association of Kediri in terms of the benefits of the cooperative for its members. The population was 110 Cooperative of citizens association Kediri city with a sample of 40 cooperatives. This type of research is descriptive research, Data Analysis Techniques to assess the quality of the performance of Cooperative of citizens association Kota Kediri are analyzed using the Cooperative Ranking Assessment standards as in the Cooperative Rating Guidelines based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia number 21 / Per / M.KUKM / IX / 2015 concerning Ranking of Cooperatives. Field visit assessment methods are: 1) Interview with administrators and supervisors based on assessment forms, 2) checking Cooperative documents, 3) checking Cooperative Administration, 4) Observation of cooperative activities.The results showed that in terms of the aspects of the benefits of the cooperative for members, that there was no cooperative that was predicated as a very high quality cooperative. A total of 10 cooperatives have performance in the quality category, 19 categories are of sufficient quality and as many as 11 Cooperatives of Citizens who are not qualified. Quality here means quality in increasing member income, offering cheaper prices for goods and services to members, cooperatives can foster business motivation to members, cooperatives can foster honest and open attitudes and cooperatives can provide services outside of business activities
