The research of dynamic errors of the mechatronical line scale comparator

IntroductionTopicality of the problem. Topicality of the problem – at increasing of line scale gage calibration quality the bigger influence make vibrations. To assess vibration influence we need to solve a lot of science and technical tasks. To accomplish mathematical analysis we confronted with a lot of difficulties making analytical model and finding of counting coefficients. For this solution we need thoroughly to make line scale measurement means analysis, because most of the coefficients we could find only with making experimental measurements. Actuality of the work. Vibration measurements are widely applied in the evaluation or monitoring of measurement systems, the state of machinery and aggregates. Monitoring of measurement parameter and evaluation its change in time, and taking appropriate actions according to results, helps to evaluate and remove sources of errors. The vibration measurement system performs these functions. Vibration measurement system reliability, in this case, is understood as the probability of erroneous decision-making, which is necessary to minimize.
