The Restructuring and Reform of Production
Over the years of radical reforms, the conditions have still not been created for stable socioeconomic development. The systemic crisis that gripped all sectors of production and circulation of goods, as well as the financial and credit sphere, has not yet been surmounted. The chief reason for the prolonged crisis is the fact that the reforms have had little impact on the production, trade, and financial activity of enterprises. A new organizational structure for production that meets the requirements of the mature market has effectively not been formed, and a highly professional segment of entrepreneurs has not been prepared. All of this has had a negative impact on property reform and the utilization of internal reserves, as well as on the reinforcement of economic and financial ties among economies, regions, and nations.
