The role of managers in business partnering creating
The study signals the need for changes in roles and responsibilities of the modern manager. They should go towards the development of managers partnering and business partnering. The research was supported in - depth analysis of the literature and behavioral parameters for SMEs managers carried out by their partnering action. Established in this way the profile of executives surveyed, the resultant profile partnership SMEs companies run by the test personnel and signaled their consequences.
