Although the men have dominance in leadership and senior management positions all over the world, there is a need to examine the gender diversity implications to corporate Governance with an emphasis on the women leadership and how they have influenced this disruptive COVID-19 season. There is a need for a mixed model of leadership and management. This means moving from the masculinity model to integrate feminism for efficiency purposes as a result of diversity in the way decisions are made in the organizations (De Beaufort & Summers, 2013).Descriptive research design was adopted. The target population was the 10 St. Paul’s University Women Heads of Departments thus the use of census sampling. Primary data was collected by use of questionnaires.
