The Romanian Democracy and the Need of an Instruction Manual
The Romanian democracy will be soon as old as the predecessor regime, but it does not succeed to define its items. One of the basic reasons, the lack of the political culture, has become just the perfect excuse and cause for delaying the reforms. Because of this, the perspective on how the Romanian democracy should function must, first of all, be directed on a viable functioning of the defining institutions. And, this is possible just as long as their activity develops as it should, by balance and mutual control.
