The Social Support for the Vulnerable Population Groups
The study attempted to compare an experience of OECD countries and Russia in providing of social support to the vulnerable popula-tion groups such as activation policies and social assistance. One of key research findings was the theme that the effective functioning of activation policies in Russia needs proper financing, adequate number of vacancies, case management and use of outsourcing and result-oriented payment system in the provision of activation services to vulnerable individuals.
