The Soviet State Budget in the System of Economic Categories of Socialism
The state budget holds an important place in the system of socio-economic relations of socialism and in the process of their natural development into relations of communist society. The specific nature of the budget as an independent category, its role and assignment in the process of socialist reproduction can be disclosed only in its comprehensive connections with the other economic categories of socialism. What are these natural connections of the budget with other economic catetories and what are the prospects of their further development and improvement in the period of full-scale building of communism?
