Tobit analysis with a natural non-response rate
A Tobit model is considered with a natural non-response rate. The model features simultaneous determination of the standard Tobit model and a natural non-response rate. An example on the determinants of extramarital affairs is used to illustrate the method. The natural non-response rate is shown to be statistically significant in this example.
