The Early Head Start Family and Child Experiences Survey (Baby FACES) is a study of Early Head Start (EHS) programs designed to inform policy and programmatic decision -making at both national and local levels. This report provides a snapshot of EHS services, including their intensity and quality, the characteristics of the children and families served, and how children and families fare in key areas of development when children were 2 years old.
