Transaction Costs of the Labour Market as a Factor of Slowdown of Economic Development in the Transformational Economy and Ways of their Minimisation
The article justifies a necessity of institutional direction of the study of ways of minimisation of transactions costs of the labour market, the overstated level of which shows down economic development in countries with transformation economies. In the result of the study of modern problems of functioning of institutes of the domestic labour market, the author identifies methods of regulation of transaction costs of its subjects, which were conditionally divided into two levels - macro-economic (level of state administration) and micro-economic (level of an individual enterprise), conducts their classification and identifies regulating mechanisms. In accordance with the institutional problems and transformation specific features of the domestic labour market, the article offers specific measures on reduction of transaction costs at the macro-level and also measures on reduction of transaction costs at the micro-level (at the level of interaction of the labour market subjects), which were systemised and generalised by directions of their carrying out.
