One Pager #44 del CIP, ?Dolores del Crecimiento?, argumenta que los programas de transferencia monetaria deben convertirse en un elemento permanente en el ámbito de la protección social en países en vías de desarrollo. Este One Pager da un paso más en cuanto a esa lógica al abogar por una subvención universal de los ingresos como base fundamental para gozar de una seguridad económica básica (véase Standing 2007).
