Trends of the Romanian foreign trade in the transition period
Regardless of size or scope of entities in which they operate, the business development at inter-national level tends to become a condition of existence for companies and business strategy must respond to the demands of globalization. The evolution of contemporary society, characterized by increased freedom of action, gives en-trepreneurs a wide field of functional integration in the foreign trade systems of the European Union and internationally. In today's global world economy frame, the operation and development on strong coordinates sustainable of economic systems involve, necessarily, to obtain the highest results and meeting the needs of present without compromising the ability of national economies in order to satisfy their own requirements in the more or less distant future. To achieve this objective, in this article, I studied the evolution of foreign trade of our country during the period 1990-2007, analyzing trends of regional structural shift both for imports and ex-ports in the period 2000-2007.
