Universal Basic Income Financing and Income Distribution – The Questions Left Unanswered by Proponents

Ultimately, the rich will find a way to profit from a basic income, to the detriment of the poor, thanks to the distributional effects of different types of state financing. It would be folly to call for a UBI without a detailed and sophisticated calculation of the distributive effects of its financing.
