Universal Health Coverage in Kenya

This research paper talks about the current state of universal health care in Kenya as at 2022. It begins by talking about universal health coverage as a legal right to health as provided for by the constitution of Kenya 2010. It goes on ahead to talk about population coverage as a dimension of universal health coverage. The paper then proceeds to cover the various pieces of legislations that have been put in place in an effort to realize the universal health coverage. These include the constitution, the Health Act, and the NHIF Act among others
