Unternehmensethik in der slowakischen Wirtschaftspraxis
Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der ersten Untersuchung der Entwicklung der Unternehmensethik im Transformationsprozeß in der Slowakei. Im ersten Kapitel werden die wichtigsten Momente dieses Prozesses hinsichtlich der Wirtschaftsethik analysiert. Im zweiten Kapitel werden die Zielsetzung, Problemstellung und Grundhypothesen vorgestellt. Es wird erklärt, warum Ethikkodizes Untersuchungsgegenstand geworden sind. Mit der methodischen Seite der Studie beschäftigt sich das dritte Kapitel. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung werden im vierten Kapitel anhand von vier Aspekten vorgestellt. Erstens eine kriterienbezogene Analyse der Firmen, die Ethikkodizes benutzen, zweitens die Analyse der Ursachen des Fehlens von Ethikkodizes, drittens die Untersuchung der ethischen Hauptprobleme der slowakischen Unternehmenspraxis und viertens allgemeine Überlegungen zu den Zusammenhängen zwischen Ethik und Wirtschaft unter den Bedingungen der Slowakei. Der Beitrag schließt mit einem kurzen Ausblick auf die Perspektiven der Entwicklung der Wirtschaftsethik in der Slowakei.
