Valuing Distributed Energy Resources : A Comparative Analysis

This paper compares recent solar valuation approaches in nine states that have explicitly engaged in actions to determine compensation for distributed energy resources, including distributed solar. The selected states represent a variety of political environments, regulatory structures, climate policies, sizes, and starting places for current compensation.
