Verkehrsinfrastruktur
Im Gegensatz zu der in der Vergangenheit häufig gewählten sektorspezifischen Betrachtung wird im Folgenden ein disaggregierter Ansatz gewählt, der zwischen den Netzebenen Wegeinfrastrukturen, Verkehrskontrollsysteme sowie Verkehrsleistungen unterscheidet. Diese Vorgehensweise ermöglicht es, die ökonomischen Charakteristika der jeweiligen Netzebene systematisch zu analysieren. Darüberhinaus lässt sich auf diese Weise das Problem des Zugangs zu den Verkehrsinfrastrukturen mit Hilfe der modernen Netzökonomie disaggregiert untersuchen.
