Zeitarbeit in Schleswig-Holstein : aktuelle Entwicklungstendenzen und Strukturen
Die Zeitarbeitsbranche weist sowohl im Hinblick auf ihre Bedeutung als auch auf ihre Struktur ausgeprägte regionale Besonderheiten auf. Im Jahr 2007 sind bundesweit 2,4 % aller sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten in der Zeitarbeitsbranche tätig, die Leih-arbeitsquote liegt in Ostdeutschland mit 2,5% inzwischen über der in Westdeutschland (2,3%). Schleswig-Holstein weist mit 1,6 % unter den westdeutschen Bundesländern die geringste Leiharbeitsquote auf, unter den ostdeutschen Ländern ist die Bedeutung der Leiharbeit lediglich in Brandenburg genauso gering.
