Zur Bedeutung des Kostenausgleichsprinzips für die Bedarfsplanung mit PPS-Systemen

Die Literatur zur Bedarfsplanung in (produktionsplanungs- und -steuerungs- (PPS)-Systemen/empfiehlt überwiegend die Anwendung der Kostenausgleichsmethode. Danach sind Bestellmengen anzustreben, bei deren Realisierung sich auftragsfixe und lagerungsabhängige Kosten ausgleichen. Die für PPS-Systeme typische Periodenbildung macht einen Teil der Lagerkosten zu unbeeinflußbaren Kosten. In der Literatur finden sich verschiedene Varianten der Kostenausgleichsmethode, die sich u.a. darin unterscheiden, wie sie die unbeeinflußbaren Lagerkosten berücksichtigen. Aus einer morphologischen Klassifikation werden 15 Varianten der Kostenausgleichsmethode entwickelt. Eine Simulationsuntersuchung zeigt, daß alle Modifikationen signifikant schlechter als die ursprüngliche Heuristik abschneiden; sie zeigt aber auch, daß diese Basisheuristik signifikante Nachteile gegenüber anderen, nicht auf dem Kostenausgleichsprinzip beruhenden Heuristiken besitzt. Die Übertragung des aus kontinuierlichen Lagerhaltungsmodellen abgeleiteten Prinzips des Kostenausgleichs auf die Bedarfsplanung in PPS-Systemen ist somit nicht gerechtfertigt ...
