Ästhetik als interaktive Wertschöpfung des Marketings – nicht nur in der Automobilindustrie
Ästhetik ist mehr als Produktgestaltung. Ästhetik bezeichnet ein sensuelles Erlebnis der Schönheit. Das Beispiel Auto zeigt: Ästhetik spielt eine immer grössere Rolle. Weiterentwicklungen bekannter Modelle sind oft nicht nur technische, sondern gestaltungsgetriebene Innovationen. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, dass Ästhetik als Management-Paradigma ein Megatrend im Marketing ist. Als Produkt- oder visueller Inszenierung von Marken wird sie in vielen Branchen angewandt, findet aber als Prozess-Ästhetik entlang aller Touchpoints insgesamt zu wenig Beachtung.
