The realization that the safety and health of the employees are important indicators of the company is good understanding of the economic and organization benefits. The basic but underestimated factors for increasing the effectiveness of work are ensuring health and safety at work. Their provision within the organization's context leads to decreasing expenses of any nature, to improving the organization's image before the competitors and not last to increasing the effectiveness of labour
