Assessment of the Effectiveness of the Development of the Innovation Infrastructure of the Republic of Belarus in the Vector of the Knowledge-Based Economy

The paper presents the structure of the innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Belarus. The regulatory and legal platform regulating the innovative activity of economic and social entities has been systematized. The article presents a toolkit for the assessment of the effectiveness of the country's innovation infrastructure entities – science and technology parks and technology transfer centers – based on the author's method of equity coefficients. The analysis of the effectiveness of the innovative infrastructure entities is carried out. A number of problematic issues have been identified and solutions have been proposed to improve the functioning of the infrastructure innovation system of the Republic of Belarus
