Tools for the Development of Belarusian-Chinese Scientific and Innovative Cooperation

Innovations are the basis for the development of modern society, increasing competitive advantages in the world market, increasing positions in the rating of investment attractiveness. For the next five years many countries define an innovation–oriented economy based on the intellectualization of the economy and the social sphere as a fundamental model for the development of their national system. Innovations are aimed at creating a unique, different from the existing, model of the country's development in the economic and social fields. The issues of activating the processes of generating new ideas, testing them and introducing them into the real sector of the economy in order to obtain economic and social effects have been considered for decades by domestic and foreign scientists. However, there are no universal mechanisms for innovative growth. Taking into account the peculiarities of the country, its specific characteristics of the resource base, cultural characteristics, traditions, values, the complex of mechanisms for the development of innovative activity should be unique, focusing on the positive experience of implementing these processes in successful countries, of course, adapting to the national conditions of functioning
