Economical Evaluation of Milk Consumption in China
Before the economic reform, China's per person consumption of dairy products was very low. However, the past two decades have seen a rapid increase in dairy production on one hand, on the other hand increase in consumer income as well as exposure to western culture; this has led many to predict that Chinese consumption of dairy products will be increased. In order to investigate the level of Chinese's dairy consumption, survey was conducted as part of graduate study in two cities Taixing and Yangzhou. The data was collected from students and workers environment. To analyse the data, we have designed group age and then analyze group age and the dairy products namely (Fresh milk, Yogurt, Cheese). The results analysis showed significant differences for Fresh milk and Cheese consumption within age group
