Emerging HR Practices and Its Impact on Employees Satisfaction in Teaching in Haryana

Now a day's people begin to realise that like any other factor workforce is an equally significant input for the survival of any organisation. And if we talk about the profession like teaching, undoubtedly the human resource is the foremost requirement besides other infrastructure facilities. A good teacher is always an asset not only to the institution but to the society as a whole. So every institute follow certain HR practices to motivate and to retain good quality teachers. This is a fact that if one self is not satisfied he/she cannot do justice to the job. For this purpose a study of various teachers was undertaken from different colleges of Haryana to check whether these practices have any impact on their satisfaction level or not. Chi-square test was used to find out whether there was any significant difference between the satisfaction level of male and female
