Evaluation of on-going micro-projects financed under European Initiative for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) in Ukraine : Final report

This report is summarising the assignment for evaluation of on-going micro-projects financed under the European Initiative for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) in Ukraine. The evaluation project was implemented under the contract DDH/2005/112531 within the EC Framework Contract EuropeAid/116548/C/SV in the period January-July 2006. This assignment was aimed at verifying projects’ performance, reporting on them to the EC Delegation Kyiv, providing assistance in carrying out evaluation, obtaining feedback information and lessons learnt and recommendations making for the EIDHR micro-projects programme management.
