Freedom of Religion in the Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia on the Constitutionality of the Religious Freedom
En el artículo se expone el concepto de libertad religiosa, que emana de un dictamen reciente emitido por el Tribunal Constitucional de la República de Eslovenia (CCRS) al juzgar sobre la constitucionalidad de algunas prescripciones de la ley de libertad religiosa. El dictamen permite un examen sistemático del contenido de este derecho humano que gradualmente va emergiendo en varios artículos de la Constitución de la República de Eslovenia (CRS). En base a esto el CCRS marca una explicación humanística del principio de separación del estado y las iglesias, que supera tanto los modelos estatistas como los individualistas.
