Konfigurationsmodell der Organisationskultur im Wissensmanagementkontext unter Einbeziehung von Support- und Barrierefaktoren

Zahlreiche Studien belegen, dass Wissensmanagementprojekte in Organisationen überwiegend scheitern und Support- und Barrierefaktoren dabei nicht berücksichtigt werden. In dieser Doktorarbeit wurde daher das Konfigurationsmodell der Organisationskultur im Wissensmanagementkontext entwickelt, welches die internen Prozesse einer Organisation widerspiegelt und die dynamischen Beziehungen zwischen Wissenskultur, Interessen/Wissenszielen einer Organisation, Bereitschaft & Fähigkeit der Mitglieder (technisches Wissen) und Wissensmanagement-Operationen (interne Umwelt) und die Interaktionen mit ihrer Umwelt (Aufgabenumgebung, Knowledge-Provider und Stakeholder) systematisch miteinander verbindet. Die quantitative Untersuchung in deutschen Unternehmen wurde mit einem standardisierten Fragenbogen durchgeführt. Es wurden sechs Supportfaktoren empirisch ermittelt und mit Hilfe des adaptierten Modells der "Theory of Planned Behaviour" signifikant bestätigt. Diese sind: "Persönliche (individuelle) Verantwortlichkeit", "Klarheit über Wissensziele und Aufgabenbereiche", "Offene Kommunikation", "Bedienerfreundlichkeit", "Support und verfügbare Experten" und "Zeitliche Freiräume". Die genannten sechs Supportfaktoren sind im kybernetischen Modell der Organisationskultur im Wissensmanagementkontext abgebildet. Das Konfigurationsmodell der Organisationskultur im Kontext des Wissensmanagements stellt im Vergleich zu den bekannten Wissensmanagementansätzen eine wichtige Erweiterung um die Perspektive eines sozialpsychologischen, holistischen Ansatzes für Wissensmanagement dar. Insbesondere die Modellierung der Zusammenhänge mit der Wissenskultur und dem Umweltlernen behandelt neue Aspekte für das Wissensmanagement, welche neue Erkenntnisse für diesen Forschungsbereich und für Wissenschaftler ermöglichen.
