Messe-Erfolg durch Live-Communication-Atmosphäre - Analyse von Besucher-Journeys einer Publikumsmesse
Messen sind gefragt als Gegenbewegung zur Digitalisierung, um ihr eigenes Profil als Plattform für Live-Erlebnisse zu schärfen. Um die Formate zukünftig attraktiv zu halten, sind Veranstalter gefordert, die wahrgenommene Atmosphäre kontinuierlich zu prüfen und zu verbessern. Dieser Beitrag zeigt anhand einer Fallstudie, welche Gestaltungselemente einer Publikumsmesse auf die Messeatmosphäre wirken sowie welche Gestaltungselemente einer Publikumsmesse die Messeatmosphäre prägen und welche Wirkungen sie auf das Besucherverhalten ausüben.
