Optimal Rates of Economic Growth Under Socialism
Analysis of the interaction between the productive forces and production relations is of decisive importance in determining optimal rates of economic growth. Production relations corresponding to the character, level, and requirements of development of the productive forces are the active form of their growth, which also influences their growth rate.
