PEST-АНАЛІЗ ПРИЧИН МІГРАЦІЇ НАСЕЛЕННЯ УКРАЇНИ ДО КРАЇН ЄВРОСОЮЗУ (Pest–Analysis of The Reasons for The Migration of The Population of Ukraine To The Countries of The EU)
English Abstract: The globalization of the world economy has led to an increase in the migration of human resources. In the post-industrial information society, human resources have become a major factor in the competitive status of the state. The migration of highly qualified professionals and specialists, on the one hand, has a positive effect on the economic growth of immigration countries, while the country of emigration loses its competitive advantage. Mass emigration is a serious threat to Ukrainian society. Ukraine is gradually losing the best workers in search of higher wages and decent living conditions. The issue of emigration is worrying, as such a situation entails a number of negative consequences for Ukraine: changes in demographic indicators, namely population decline, the impact on the country's GDP, the outflow of qualified personnel. Ukraine ranks last in the list of countries in terms of the level and quality of life of the population, which is the reason for the departure of part of the ambitious and active population. People want to get a decent salary, feel protected, afford able medicine, quality education, uninterrupted operation of transport and quality roads, well-groomed sports grounds, parks, squares, tidy roadside. There are cases when there are forced relocations - caused by military conflicts (armed actions in the Donbass, annexation of Crimea), man-made and environ mental disasters (Chernobyl disaster). It is extremely important to pay attention to the educational migration of Ukrainian citizens and to introduce effective mechanisms to combat and counter the growing flows of educational migration of young people from Ukraine to the Member States of the European Union. In UKRAINE it is necessary to create favorable socio-economic and political conditions for the development of labor potential of the population, return of migrants to their homeland, to provide them with jobs, create an employment program for candidates with international experience, promote small and medium business. The author proposes to explore the imperatives of social influence on the processes of external migration Ukraine using PEST-analysis
