Problèmes méthodologiques posés par la simulation de processus de production de services. L’exemple d’un service d’urgences

The use of the simulation to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of the service production is indispensable. In addition, the process modeling depends on the objectives and the properties of the approach used (object based simulation, object oriented simulation, agent based simulation). We will discuss these methodological problems and give a service simulation example of an emergency department.
