Psychologization Projects of Soviet Educational System and Their Utopian Components (1940-50s)
The paper studies the genesis of pedagogical utopias innovative movements and initiatives in the USSR 1950-1970s. As our research shows, the moment of their formation in the USSR was not the period of the "thaw", and a little earlier and much more gloomy time - the second half of 1940s. It was then, paradoxically, on the background of increases in the country's political repression and campaigns were laid the theoretical and organizational framework for school autonomy sphere. But this autonomy was implemented later, in 1950s. Recipes of remedy of the situation proposed in the late 1940s - early 1950s, anyway, can be described as psychologizing school - on the decline in child and developmental psychology in the USSR. The results obtained in this paper, the results allow to put into question the usual periodization of the history of Soviet pedagogy and educational policy based on common political periodization, which follows a period of Stalinism "thaw ."
