Technology Risk Valuation Applied to Universisties Ttos

The objective of this research is to propose a technology risk valuation applied to universisties. There are two phases in this technology risk valuation: the qualitative and the quantitative. The qualitative aspects relevant to the technology valuation are measured, which are technology maturity, market potential, and institutional relevance; a method was developed using fuzzy logic. The quantitative aspects are measured on these valuation methods: costs, market, discounted cash flow, and real options.
